P.S I Loathe You is the tenth book in the bestselling series, The Clique.

After the Pretty Committee’s boy fast ended, everyone is in love. Massie Block, leader of the Pretty Committee, wants to be with Dempsey Solomon, yet, just in case he doesn’t want her, she plans to make ex-crush Derrick Harrington jealous. So then, she makes a cheer squad for the boys’ soccer team. What happens when Dempsey is spending ah- LAWT of time with Loser Beyond Repair Layne? Massie won't be able to fall back on Derrick, because he likes her best friend, Dylan Marvil.

The story starts off at Briarwood-Octavian Country Day school. All the girls-Massie, Dylan, Alicia, Kristen, and Claire-are walking through the school grounds. They pass the overflow trailers, in which the boys' soccer team is stationed for lessons. The boys enter the scene, causing turmoil between them and the girls. Throughout the book's entirety, the fights between the groups keep going at a steady rate. Until, someone finally stops it in its tracks.

I really enjoyed reading this book and hope to read it again. Lisi Harrison makes the end of every chapter suspenseful, so you can never put it down. Harrison makes your mind paint a picture in your head, as if you are actually seeing these events happen. She makes the emotions so strong, you have to experience the feeling with the character.

This book has many themes: Love, friendship, and jealousy. Love is towards all the girls in the Pretty Committee  except for one. The friendship is very strong in this book because all the girls have strong connections with each other. Massie is jealous of Alicia, the Spanish beauty of the clique, because of her alpha status in the one thing Massie isn't in.

Secrecy is the main theme of the book. All the girls-except for Claire-are keeping secrets from Massie. Alicia is teaching dance to the other cheerleaders. Dylan is dating Derrick. And then Kristen Gregory is friends with LBR Layne,  knowing  each other through the online Witty Committee. When Massie finds out all these things, which she had never known about, she did what she thought was the best.

I recommend this book to any teenage girl who is interested in drama and one or more of the above themes. However,  I strongly advise you  to read the book after you have read every book preceding P.S I Loathe You in order.
